Terms of use
The service
Snaglad is software for recording snagging inspections: projects, floor plans, defect pins, photographs, and PDF reports. During early access the product is provided free of charge and may change.
Billing is not live. Nothing on the pricing page is an offer to sell a paid plan until checkout exists.
Your account
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must have the right to upload the plans, photos, and personal data you store in Snaglad - typically as the inspector engaged on the property.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape, or overload the service, upload malware, or use Snaglad for anything other than legitimate snagging and related inspection work.
We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or availability of the app.
Content and reports
You own the inspection records you create. Snaglad does not claim copyright in your photos or reports.
PDF output is a record of what you entered. It is not a legal survey, structural opinion, or HomeBond certificate.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uptime during early access. You should keep copies of reports you hand to clients.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Irish law, Snaglad is provided “as is” during early access. We are not liable for lost inspections, delayed reports, or decisions made from a PDF.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after a change posted on this page is acceptance of the new terms.
