These cookies or similar storage entries are required for the site to work. They do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules for essential storage.

• Supabase session tokens, so you stay signed in.
• Theme preference (light, dark, or system) stored in localStorage.
• Cookie consent choice stored in localStorage so we remember Accept or Reject.

Analytics (optional)

Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are set only after you Accept all or enable Analytics in Cookie settings.

We use them on the marketing pages and the sign-in / sign-up screens to see where visits come from and how long people stay. We do not load Analytics inside inspections, where floor plans and photos live.

Rejecting analytics does not change how the snagging app works. You can change your mind from Cookie settings in the footer.

How to control cookies

Use Accept all, Reject all, or Manage on the banner. Cookie settings in the footer reopens those choices.

You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser. That signs you out and shows the banner again.
